Create Your Wedding Rings Together in Bruges....

Create your own wedding rings together in a private workshop in the heart of Bruges, where your ideas, materials, and story are developed into a pair of rings that are uniquely yours

This hands-on experience combines creativity, craftsmanship, and meaningful memories. Whether you are creating wedding bands, engagement rings, anniversary rings, or simply a lasting symbol of your partnership, the workshop offers a unique opportunity to make something truly personal together.

There is something special about wearing rings that you have shaped with your own hands. The time spent at the bench, the decisions made together, and the process of transforming raw materials into finished rings all become part of their story.

A Personal Design Process

Before the day of your workshop, we take time to discuss your ideas, designs, and the materials you would like to work with. Most couples begin this process well in advance, allowing us to explore different possibilities and refine the details together.

For couples working in gold or platinum, we will finalise the key specifications before the workshop so everything is carefully prepared and ready for your arrival. If you are creating your rings in silver, there is often more flexibility to make design decisions during the session itself.

Whether through meetings, video calls, or emails, the goal is always the same: to create rings that feel personal and considered long before the workshop day begins.

Crafting Your Rings

On the day, we begin by exploring the details of your design together. We will look at the width, profile, proportions and overall character of your rings, whether you imagine something timeless and understated or more textured and expressive.

You will then begin transforming the metal into shape. Hammering, soldering, filing and refining the rings by hand, I will guide you through each stage of the process while allowing plenty of room for your own creativity and personal touches.

Many couples choose to personalise their rings further with engraved messages, fingerprints, dates, names, meaningful locations, textures, or unique design elements that make the finished pieces unmistakably their own.

As the rings begin to take shape, you will continue refining and finishing them until they become the final pieces you will wear for years to come.

A Ring With Meaning

By the end of the workshop, you will leave with far more than a pair of rings.

You will leave with rings shaped by your own hands, carrying the memories of the day, the decisions made together, and the experience of creating something meaningful as a couple.

Each pair is unique, reflecting the people who made them and the story behind them.

Good to Know

• This workshop includes everything required to create your rings in recycled sterling silver, including materials, refreshments, digital photographs, ring boxes, and polishing cloths.

• Gold, platinum, and heirloom gold can all be used for your rings. These materials require some planning in advance, and I am happy to discuss the different options with you before booking.

• Existing family jewellery, heirloom gold, and treasured stones can often be incorporated into new designs, allowing elements of family history to become part of your finished rings.

• Gemstones can be added to many ring designs. Different stones and settings work best with different metals and styles, and I am happy to guide you through the possibilities during the design process.

• If you already have ideas, sketches, inspiration images, or specific requirements, feel free to get in touch before booking. Together we can explore the options and create a workshop tailored to your vision.
